Description d'un cas d'hyphéma spontané unilatéral chez un patient de 69 ans souffrant d'artériopathie débutante des membres inférieurs. Intérêt d'une photocoagulation laser à l'argon comme traitement minute des hémorragies ne cédant pas spontanément rapidement.
